For subscriptions and digital services, a 14-day withdrawal right applies from subscription, unless you explicitly requested immediate activation and used the service.
In accordance with the law, a digital service fully performed with your prior consent no longer grants a withdrawal right.
For physical products, you have 14 days to return an unused item in its original packaging.
Unopened, unused item, returned on time and in its original condition.
Personalized, unsealed, damaged or late-returned item.

Contact our support with the refund reason and supporting documents.
After validation, the refund is processed within 5 to 14 business days depending on the payment method.
